The hotel offered great pools for relaxation. Breakfast was plentiful and varied each morning (it was a pleasant way to start the day). The grounds were fine and very well maintained.

It was difficult to book the a la carte restaurants for dinner. The buffet felt chaotic and disorganized sometimes. Our room had a musty smell and felt dated.

The Customer Experience team really enhanced my time there. I appreciated the quick responses to my needs. The central plaza was large with several shops. The pools offered ample space for relaxation, with comfortable loungers and shaded spots for those sunny afternoons.

The beer prices were crazy (8.5 euros for a pint!). The water policy also bothered me, as tap water isn't drinkable. The hotel restaurants were constantly booked. I really found the 'Red Level' area to be pretty divisive, almost like a form of 'hotel apartheid'.
